8 egg yolks
2 c sugar
1 c butter
2 c chopped pecans
1 c chopped raisins
20 oz crushed pineapple, drained
1/4 c bourbon

Directions:
Directions:
Combine egg yolks, sugar, and butter in heavy saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened, about 20 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in remaining ingredients. Cool completely.
