1 lb. raw jumbo shrimp, in shells
3 T. Old Bay Seasoning
1/2 cup white vinegar
4 cans or bottles of beer, any kind

**Allow about 1/2 pound of shrimp per person

Directions:
Mix beer, vinegar, and Old Bay. Bring to a boil. Drop in shrimp; let boil for 3 minutes. Take off of heat and let sit in water for another 5 minutes.

I serve this with corn on the cob and garlic bread. It is great fun to cover the table with newspapers and just have everyone toss the shells on the paper. Easy cleanup!
