Ingredients:  
5 cups cooked chicken shredded or diced
1 can diced tomatoes and chilies (do not drain)
1/2 c bell pepper, diced
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can chicken broth
1/4 tsp seasoning salt or celery salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 onion, diced fine
1 - 8 oz pkg spaghetti, break into 2' pieces before cooking
1 lb. grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook spaghetti according to pkg directions and drain when done. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients except reserve 1/2 c cheese. Pour into greased 9 x 13 casserole dish.
Top with remaining cheese. Bake 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

This recipe is from my friend, Kathy Enyart. Good and easy! I sometimes use canned chicken if I'm in a hurry.
