2 eggs, beaten
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 stick (4 oz.), melted butter
1 tsp. almond extract
1/4 c. blanched almonds, whole or slivered

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Beat all ingredients together vigorously until blended. Place in buttered/floured cake pan. Cover with blanched almonds, whole or slivered. Bake at 350º for approximately 25 minutes until golden brown.
