1 (.25 ounce) package active dry yeast
1 C. skim milk, lukewarm (2% milk can be used)
4 T. warm water (110º F./45ºC.)
1/2 t. salt
2 C. all-purpose or bread flour
1 1/4 C. whole wheat flour
1 T. low fat margarine (real butter can be used)

Place ingredients in the bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select lightest settings and then start.
