¼ cup gluten free tamari sauce
2 T. sesame oil
1 T. apple cider vinegar
1 T. orange or lime juice
½ cup water
½ cup brown sugar, firmly packed
1 T. molasses
3 - 6 cloves garlic, crushed
2 T. corn starch
1 lb. chicken breasts filets or thighs

Combine all ingredients except corn starch and chicken in a small sauce pan and mix well. Heat sauce until it starts to bubble. Scoop ¼ to ½ cup of sauce into a small measuring cup, and stir in the corn starch. Return corn starch mixture to sauce pan and heat until sauce is thickened, stirring occasionally. Marinate chicken for at least ½ hour. If marinating overnight in the refrigerator, let sauce cool before pouring over chicken. Bake chicken at 350⁰ for 35 minutes.
