1 tsp. MSG
1/3 C. wine vinegar
1/4 C. catsup
2 T. oil
2 T. soy sauce
1T. worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder

Sprinkle roast with MSG. Combine other ingredients and marinate meat in refrigerator for 3-24 hours before grilling.
