1 T butter, melted
1-2 garlic cloves minced
1 lb. bay or sea scallops cut into 1/4" slices
2 T dry bread crumbs
1/4 tsp seasoned salt
1/4 tsp paprika
1/8 tsp pepper
1 T sesame seeds
Lemon slices

Melt butter in 9" pie pan in microwave oven
Add minced garlic and cook till soft in microwave
Stir in scallop slices making sure scallops are coated in garlic butter, then arrange a ring around the rim of the pie plate.
Combine the following ingredients and sprinkle on top of scallops: bread crumbs, seasonings.
Cover pie pan with paper towel, microwave at 50% for 4 min. or till scallops are just opaque.
Let stand covered for 2 minutes.Serve with lemon slices.
