10 oz frozen chopped spinach- thawed, cooked and drained
1 lg onion finely chopped
4 eggs beaten
3/4 C melted butter
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp thyme
1/2 C Parmesan cheese
2/ C bread cubes

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion in butter then add remaining ingredients with spinach.
Chill mixture for 1/2 hr.
Roll into small balls using 1 T per ball.
Place balls on lightly greased cookie sheet
Bake for 15 min at 350º

May be frozen for future use. When frozen, place directly in preheated oven without thawing before baking.
