1 2/3 C flour
1 C brown sugar
1/4 C cocoa
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 C water
1/3 C vegetable oil
1 tsp vinegar
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 C chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients except choc chips in an ungreased 9" cake pan and mix. Sprinkle choc chips on top of cake. Bake 350º for 35 min.

This recipe will make 15 cupcakes baked for 25 min.
