2 lbs. hamburger meat
1 medium onion,chopped fine
1 bell pepper, chopped fine
2 pkg. taco mix
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 cans hominy
1 can whole-kernel corn
1 can jalapeņo beans
1 can pinto beans
1 can ranch-style beans
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 can stewed tomatoes

Brown 2 pounds hamburger meat in large pot. Saute 1 medium onion and 1 medium bell pepper. Add to meat mixture along with 2 packages of taco mix and 2 Tbsp brown sugar. Heat other ingredients together. Add heated canned goods to meat mixture. Heat thoroughly in large pot. Freezes well.
