4 pork chops
1 medium onion
1 green pepper (small)
1 can mushroom soup
1/3 cup water
salt and pepper to taste
4 servings cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Season with salt and pepper, and brown pork chops in a skillet.

Add mushroom soup that has been diluted with the milk, sliced onion, and green pepper. Simmer together slowly for approximately 1 hour.

Serve over prepared rice

You can simmer for a shorter or longer period of time, depending on how tender you want the pork chops. I like to do it longer so that the meat just falls apart.

I often use wild rice instead of plain.
