In a saucepan a desired amount of Raisins or Craisins. Put in about 1 inch of water above the Raisins or Craisins. Boil. And 2 tbsp flour or 2 tbsp corn starch and tiny pinch of salt. Mix together.

I love Grandma's raisin filled cookies. However, I enjoy substituting the Craisins for the Raisins.
