Ingredients:
Ingredients:
12 tsp. butter, at room temperature
1/3 cup light brown sugar, lightly packed
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 pkg. of frozen puff pastry, defrosted

For the Filling:
2 Tbsp. butter, melted and cooled
2/3 cup light brown sugar, lightly packed
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Place a 12-cup muffin tin on a sheet pan lined with foil (this is to catch any overflow from the cups).

With an electric mixer, combine the 12 Tbsp. butter with 1/3 cup of brown sugar. Equally distribute the mixture into the 12 muffin cups (about 1 Tbsp. each). Divide pecans out to top the butter mixture.

Roll out 1 sheet of puff pastry on a floured surface. Brush whole sheet with melted butter. Leaving about a 1 inch border, sprinkle each sheet with 1/3 cup of brown sugar, 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon, and 1 cup raisins. Starting with the end nearest you, roll pastry up snugly like a jelly roll. Slice the roll into 6 equal pieces. Place each piece, spiral side down in muffin tin. Repeat with second sheet of pastry.

Bake for 30 min. or until the rolls are golden brown and firm to touch. Allow to cool for 5 min. ONLY. Invert onto parchment paper, ease the filling and pecans out onto the buns with a spoon. Cool and enjoy.
