1 cup water
1/2 cup butter
1 cup flour
4 eggs
11/2 pckges instant vanilla pudding
1 pckge ddream whip
pwder sugar

Directions:
Directions:
preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease cookie sheet. For the pastry, bring 1 cup water and 1/2 cup butter to boil in saucepan. Add to boiling mixture 1 cup flour. Stir hard and quick to make sure there are no dry flour lumps. Transfer to a mixer. Let it cool a minute. Add the 4 eggs, one at a time, beating constantly. Beat until glossy. Place heaping tbsps. of batter on cookie sheet, swirling tops. Bake at 400 for 35-40 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare instant vanilla pudding, per package instructions. Prepare dream whip, per instructions. Fold dream whip into pudding.
Cut lids off the pastry when finished and empty dough out of shells. Spoon in the pudding mixture. Replace lid and sprinkle with powder sugar.

Remember Peggy Masonholder? She was one of our favorite babysitters when mom and dad went away, and she always made us cream puffs. She didn't use a recipe, so I watched her make them one day and wrote what I saw. Here you go!
