12 cups large flaked rolled oats
4 cups thompson raisins, dried cranberries, dried blueberries, dried cherries or a combination of all.
2/3 cup flaxseeds
1/2 cup sesame seeds
2 tbsp nutmeg

Directions:

Stir 1/2 cup of the mix and a pinch of salt into 3/4 cup of water, microwave on high for 1 min. Stir and microwave another 45 secs. May need additional time depending on the power of your microwave. Serve with milk and brown sugar.
