3-4 lb beef brisket
1/2 bottle liquid smoke
1 tsp onion salt
1 tsp celery salt
1 tsp garlic salt
1/2 bottle worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Line roasting pan with foil. Place brisket in pan, fat side up. Pour on sauces and sprinkle with salts. Wrap in foil and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 250 for 6-7 hours. Great warm or cold - great as sandwiches too.
