2 lbs. yellow squash
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 8 oz. sour cream
1 box Stove Top Chicken Stuffing Mix
8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese(grated)
1 grated carrot
1 chopped onion
1 stick melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and slice squash, boil in salted water till tender. Drain and pour into large bowl, add cream of chicken soup, sour cream, grated carrot, onion and cheese. In another bowl put stuffing mix and seasoning packet together with melted butter, mixing well. Place 1/2 stuffing mixture into squash mixture. Pour into buttered casserole dish and top with remaining stuffing mix. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes until bubbly and starting to brown.
