1 Bottom Round Roast
1 onion
1 jar pepperoncinis
black beans and rice
shredded cheese
10 tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
In Crock Pot, put a Bottom Round Roast or Pot Roast. Add a jar of pepperoncinis and cook on low for 8-10 hours. Shred the beef, slice the pepperoncines, and slice an onion. Put it all back into the crock pot and cook on high for an hour. Fill each tortilla with Black beans/rice, meat, and cheese!
