1 gal whole Milk
9 whole eggs ( well beaten)
3 c. white sugar
3 cans of CarnationŠ evaporated milk
6 T. McCormickŠ Pure Vanilla
3 T. flour
2 dashes of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Place 3 qts. milk, 3 c. sugar, 9 eggs (beaten), 3 T. flour in large heavy metal pan. Cook on medium heat, stirring constantly. Cook until it thickens slightly. Remove from heat, cool. Pour into 1 1/2 gal. ice cream freezer can. Add 3 cans of evaporated milk and 6 T. vanilla and 2 dashes salt; stir. Add enough milk to fill can to full level line. May not take all of the gal. of milk.
