For Marinade:
1 c water
1/3 c teriyaki sauce
2 tbsp lime juice
2 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp mequite liquid smoke
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp (or more) tequila

For Mexi-Ranch Dressing:
1/4 c mayo
1/4 c sour cream
1 tbsp milk
2 tsp diced tomato
1 1/2 tsp white vinegar
1 tsp jalepeņo
1 tsp minced onion
1/4 tsp parsley
1/4 tsp Tabasco sauce
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp dill
1/8 tsp paprika
1/8 tsp cumin
1/8 tsp cayenne
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp chili powder

4 chicken breasts

1 c shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare marinade, add chicken, chill 2-3 hours.
Make dressing ahead by combining all ingredients. Cover. Cook chicken breasts as desired (especially good when grilled!) and place on a sheet pan. Top generously with dressing and shredded cheese. Broil until cheese is bubbly.
