1/4 to 1/3 c. cinnamon (to taste)

Mix all ingredients together and sprinkle on buttered toast. If needed, put on a plate and microwave on high for 5 seconds - 17 seconds for 3 slices.

Tom wants cinnamon toast for breakfast every morning so I came up with this recipe for cinnamon sugar that is not all sugar and has a little protein in it. It is really quite good! We use ProCelŠ protein powder because that is what his dialysis doctor approves and it has no taste. Also, it is made in the U.S.A.
