2 cups plain non fat yogurt
1 15 ounce can salmon, packed in water
1 T. light mayo
1 T. fresh chopped parsley
1 T. chopped onion
1/4 tsp dill
1/4 tsp thyme

Directions:
Directions:
Line a strainer with a paper coffee filter or cheesecloth. Place over a bowl. Spoon yogurt onto coffee filter, cover and refrigerate for 10 - 14 hours.
An alternative time saver would be to use 2 cups plain greek yogurt. Put yogurt in a bowl and add rest of ingredients. Mix well. Best when refrigerated 2 or more hours before serving.

Fat free sour cream could be used in place of yogurt. I used more dill and thyme than recipe states.
