4 C. flour
2 T. yeast
2 T. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 C. warm water
1/2 C. melted butter
1/2 C. Parmesan cheese
1/4 C. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the flour, yeast, sugar, and 1/2 tsp. salt. Add water and knead for 3 minutes. Let rest for 10 minutes. Grease a cookie sheet and spread dough in pan. Prepare topping by mixing together, the melted butter, Parmesan, mayonnaise, parsley, garlic powder and salt. Spread topping on top of dough and cut dough into sticks before baking. Let rise about 10 minutes. Bake 20-25 minutes at 350º.

If you do not want an entire cookie sheet of breadsticks, divide the dough in half and spread each portion in a 9x13. You can freeze the second half until you want it, or it makes a great side dish when making a meal for another family.
