1 1/4 cups self rising corn meal
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 small can cream style corn
1 cup sour cream
2 eggs
1/2 cup oil

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients. In a blender add cream style corn, eggs, sour cream and oil and mix. Pour into dry ingredients and mix. Heat pan that has been greased. Add cornbread mixture and bake. Bake at 380º for 30-40 minutes (until golden brown).
