Ingredients:  
1 c. cornmeal (plain or self-rising)
1 tsp and a little more salt
3 tsp baking powder
2 eggs, beaten
1 small can creamed corn
1 8oz pkg sour cream
1/4 c. oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients. Then turn into greased square baking pan. Bake at 350º until done; about 20-25 minutes
