1/2 cup shortening or margarine
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1-2 T. fruit juice
Peaches, etc.

Cream shortening or butter and sugar. Then add egg, flour, soda and cream of tartar. Mix--this should be crumbly. Pat into pizza pan. Bake 12 minutes at 400. Combine cream cheese, sugar and fruit juices until creamy, Spread over top of baked crust, arrange fruit on pizza, then pour the glaze over top and refrigerate. To make glaze, combine 1 1/2 cup fruit juice with 3 T. cornstarch. Cook glazer until thick, cool down before pouring over the fruit.
