2 cups butter
2 cups sugar
2 cups brown sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
4 cups flour
5 cups oatmeal (ground fine)
1 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
24 oz chocolate chips
8 oz hershey bar, grated
3 cups chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, sugar and brown sugar in a mixer.
Add eggs, one at a time, and vanilla and blend.
In a separate bowl, mix flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder and baking soda. Add these ingredients, in small amounts, to above mixture.
Mix in chocolate chips, grated hershey bar and nuts.
On ungreased cookie sheet, add golf ball sized batter and bake in a preheated oven at 375ºF for 6 minutes.
