Sugared Pecans Recipe

Ingredients:  
1/2 c. margarine or butter
1 c. sugar
3 c. pecans
2 egg whites
dash of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Melt margarine in a 9x13 baking pan. Beat egg whites until stiff. Gradually add sugar and salt. Fold in Pecans. Spread evenly in prepared pan. Bake at 325 for 35-40 minutes. Stir every 10 minutes until brown and margarine is absorbed. Remove from oven and spread pecans on wax paper to cool.
