1 stick salted butter
1 quart Half & Half or cream
1/4 cup diced onion
1/4 cup garlic cloves
1 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
3 T. flour
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp. white pepper
1/2 block of cream cheese (4oz)
1/2 small block of Butterkras or a thick slice of Velvetta cheese
Optional:
1 bunch of broccoli

Cooked pasta
Grilled/ Cooked breaded Chicken breasts
Optional for a little more heat-
1/4 cup finely chopped Adobe Peppers.

Directions:
Directions:
If using Broccoli, place flowerettes on cookie sheet, drizzle with butter, toss to coat, sprinkle with garlic salt & bake at 400º 10 minutes, toss/turn & bake another 10 minutes,

Melt butter on med/high heat, add onion & garlic, cook til translucent, turn down heat to low, add Half & half/cream, add flour, stir until well blended, add all cheese and peppers. Stir until all cheese is melted. Once melted add broccoli and stir in. Serve over past & chicken. (I used pre-cooked breads chicken breast/tenders from Tyson with finely chopped Adobe peppers baked on top for a spicy chicken
