1 c. mushroom soup and 1 c. water.
Meat tenderizer.
Season-all seasoning

Line baking pan with enough heavy duty aluminum foil to fold over for a cover. Place meat in pan. Sprinkle with tenderizer and seasoning.. Top meat with soup and water (mixed). Cover with extra foil. Bake at 350 deg for 1 1/2 hours.
