2 lbs. Kielbasa, cut into pieces
1 qt. sauerkraut, drained
3 large Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored & sliced
8 medium peeled potatoes, sliced & cooked until tender
1 medium onion, sliced & separated into rings
1 14-oz. can chicken broth
1/2 tsp. caraway seeds
oregano to taste
1/4 cup shredded Swiss cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Place cooked potatoes in the bottom of a dutch oven. Place half the sausage and sauerkraut, then remaining sausage and sauerkraut in layers into the dutch oven. Then, layer the apple slices and onion rings on top. Pour chicken broth over the top. Sprinkle with caraway seeds and small amount of desired oregano. Cover and cook at 350º for 3 hours. Top each serving with 1 1/2 tsp. Swiss cheese.
