1 large box Strawberry Jello
2 c. boiling water
1 (10 oz) package frozen strawberries
1 sm can crushed pineapple

Topping
1/2 c. confectioner's sugar
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese
1 c. whipped cream or topping
1 tsp. vanilla
Nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Salad: Dissolve jello in water. Let strawberries thaw out. Add strawberries and pineapple and juice from both and congeal.

Topping: Mix all ingredients together and put on top of jello and refrigerate until read to serve.

I usually let mine sit for several hours or overnight after I put the topping on.
I use whipped cream cheese and I also use Cool Whip for the whipped cream.
