Strawberry Pie Recipe

1 cup Sugar
4 tbsp. cornstarch
1 pkg. 3 oz. strawberry Jell-O (not instant)
1 ½ cup water
1 pkg. of cool whip
2 Graham cracker pie shell
Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients. Add water. Cook over low heat until mixture is sort of thick. Run cool water in sink and place pot over cold water and stir. Let cool. Takes about 5 to 10 min. Slice strawberries in pie shell and pour cool mixture over the strawberries. Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours. Top with cool whip before serving. Makes 2 pies.
