1 8-oz. package cream cheese
3/4 cup sugar
1 16-oz. package of frozen sliced strawberries, thawed
1 20-oz. can pineapple tidbits, drained
1 15-oz. can mandarin oranges, drained
1 10-oz. jar maraschino cherries, drained and rinsed
2 cups walnuts or pecans, chopped
4 sliced bananas
1 12-oz. tub of Cool Whip

Beat cream cheese and sugar until creamy with a mixer. Stir in fruit and nuts. Mix well. Fold in Cool Whip. Turn into loaf pans and freeze. Slice and serve. Or freeze in muffin tins for individual servings.

When I made this recipe, I used 1 15-oz. can fruit cocktail, drained instead of the maraschino cherries. I also used chopped pecans. This recipe made 36 individual servings using the muffin tins and cupcake paper cups.
