12 quarts tomatoes
2 lg bunches celery
12 medium onions
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tbsp black pepper
3 tsp cinnamon
8 cups sugar
4 cups cider vinegar
1/2 cup salt
2 tsp celery seed
2 red hot peppers
1 red sweet pepper
1 green pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a food processor, chop tomatoes, celery and onions, grinding to small consistency. Cook these ingredients in large canning kettle for 1 hour.

Chop the remaining peppers and add to pot along with the rest of the ingredients. Stir well and cook for another 1/2 hour after it starts to boil.

Pour into jars and seal tightly.
