1 Tbsp. Unsalted Butter
1 Large Ham Steak (about 1 1/4 lb) cut into 4 pieces
1/2 cup Orange Juice
1 Tsp. Dijon Mustard
2 cups cubed Fresh Pineapple

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in a non-stick skillet on medium to high heat. When foaming stops, add ham and cook, turning once, until it is well browned on both sides. About 8 minutes total.
Place ham on a plate and turn heat to medium.
Pour in orange juice and stir with a wooden spoon. Stir in mustard and cook until the liquid thickens. About 3 minutes. Add pineapple and cook 2 minutes more. Return ham to skillet and coat with sauce. Serve with rice and steamed vegetables.
