• 1 large cucumber, thinly sliced
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/8 teaspoon pepper
• 2 teaspoons chopped fresh dill or 1 teaspoon dill weed
• 1/2 cup sour cream

Directions:

Place cucumber slices in a medium bowl; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Stir in dill and sour cream. Chill until ready to serve.

I adapted this recipe and use mayonnaise instead of sour cream when it is not readily availabe. Works great both ways; this however is best when used the same day waters down on second and not as tasty.
