1 chicken
1 c. crushed cracker crumbs
2 c. milk
2 T. butter
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Stew chicken until tender, cut in pieces. Line a 9x13 pan with cracker crumbs, soak with milk; add chicken. Use broth and milk to make gravy; pour gravy over chicken. Cover with cracker crumbs. Add enough milk and broth to soak the cracker crumbs. Dot with butter, salt, and pepper. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
