1 pkg cole slaw mix (i use the large bag)
- 2 granny smith apples (diced)
- 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 3 Tbsp granulated sugar - 3/4 c mayonaise
- salt & pepper to taste
- 2 macintosh apples (diced

Directions:

Mix all ingredients ....adding the apple cider vinegar last. Chill 1 hour up to overnight and serve. I never have left overs and often double this recipe. You can add more or less apples according to your taste.
