4 eggs, slightly beaten
Dash of pepper
1 1/4 c. milk
1 tbsp. all purpose flour
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese (2 c.)
Diced Canadian bacon, boneless, smoked pork chops or cooked ham

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. To beaten eggs in bowl, add pepper, milk and flour; mix well. Add cheese and ham; stir. Bake, uncovered in buttered baking dish, 2 1/2 quart, for about an hour or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean. Let stand about 8 to 10 minutes before cutting. Freezes well.
