9" Pie Shell
2 Eggs
1 c. Cream
3/4 tsp. Salt
Dash Cayenne Pepper
3 oz. shredded Swiss Cheese
3 oz. shredded Cheddar
1 T. Flour
2 c. Crab Meat

Directions:
Directions:
Bake pie shell 10 minutes - let cool.
Combine remaining ingredients. Pour into pie shell.
Bake at 325º for 1 hour. I usually cover the crust edge until the last 10 minutes of baking to prevent burning.
