1 pre-made graham cracker crusts
1/2 c. Nellie and Joe's Key Lime Juice
1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 pre-baked Pie Crust
4 Egg Yolks
Reserve Egg Whites for Meringue - bring to room temperature.

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and pour into pie crust.
To Make Meringue: In a large glass or metal bowl, whip egg whites until foamy. Add 6 T. sugar gradually, and continue to whip until stiff peaks form. Spread meringue over pie, sealing the edges at the crust.
Bake 8 minutes, or until meringue is golden.

My Aunt Patty made this recipe for a fancy restaurant in Ft. Wayne, Indiana. I make it every year for my father-in-law's birthday gift. I think we all look forward to it!
