35 ears of corn or 16-18 cups cut corn
1 lb butter
1 pt half n' half
2/3 c milk

Directions:
Directions:
Add ingredients to large roaster. Put in oven at 325º. Cook for one hour, stirring occasionally. Remove from oven and cool down by placing roaster in cool water. (careful not to get water on corn). When cool, package and freeze. When serving, add a little salt and sugar and heat.
