2 lbs ground turkey breast
1 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup ketchup (+ 1/4 cup ketchup on top of loaf)
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp oregano
3 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp low sodium soy
2 tsp dried basil
1 tsp garlic powder
salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Include mixture in a loaf pan. Add ketchup on top of loaf (this will help it crisp nicely on top).
Bake in a preheated oven at 400ºF for 1 hour 15 minutes.
