6 large green peppers, with about 1 pound slightly browned hamburg mixed with seasoned bread stuffing, or hamburg and cooked rice. You can experiment with garlic and grated cheese in the bread stuffing.

Directions:
Place peppers upright in a large pot, cover with tomato juice, stewed tomatoes, diluted tomato soup or a combination of all three. Cook until the peppers are tender a moderate to slow flame. I would think it would take 1 hour.I find that the peppers cooked this was have much more character than the baked ones
