1 1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup soft margarine
1/2 cup Crisco
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. almond extract
4 eggs
3 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 can pie filling (cherry, apple, blueberry, or peach)
1 cup powdered sugar
1-2 Tbsp. warm milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour and baking powder. Set aside. Cream sugar, margarine, Crisco, vanilla, almond extract, and eggs. Add flour mixture. Blend on high for 3 minutes. Grease jelly roll pan. Spread 2/3 of batter into pan. Spread can of pie filling on top. Drop remaining 1/3 of batter in tiny drops over top of filling to mostly cover fruit. Bake at 350º 30-35 minutes or until light brown. If browning too much, cover for last few minutes with tin foil. While warm, spread with glaze.
GLAZE: Mix powdered sugar and warm milk until smooth.
