Beef tenderloin
1 tbsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. onion powder
1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. red pepper
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/4 cup olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Coat tenderloin with oil, front and back
Mix powder mixes together and rub spices onto tenderloin.
Let sit for at least 8 hours in refrigerator.(Can be done the night before)
Bake at 500º for 15 minutes.
Lower temp. to 375 and bake 15 to 20 minutes per pound. Center of tenderloin should reach 155º.
