1 rolled pork loin roast, 4 – 5 pounds
1 can (10 ¾ oz.) tomato soup
1/3 cup onions, chopped
1/3 cup celery, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 Tbsp brown sugar
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp lemon juice or vinegar
2 tsp prepared mustard, yellow
4 drops Tabasco sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Bake pork roast at 325 degrees in a preheated 350 degree oven for 3 – 4 hours (45 minutes per pound).
Combine remaining ingredients to make a sauce.
One hour before meat is done, pour off excess drippings. Pour sauce over meat and continue roasting 1 hour longer. Baste with sauce often.
