14 oz light caramels (38)
1/3 c evaporated milk
1 pkg German chocolate cake mix
3/4 c butter (melted)
1/3 c evaporated milk
1 c nuts (optional)
1 c chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
In a heavy sauce pan, combine caramel and 1/3 c evaporated milk. cook on low stirring constantly until caramels are melted. Set aside. Grease and flour 13x9 pan. Combine cake mix, butter and 1/3 cup evaporated milk and nuts (optional). By hand stir until dough hold together. Press 1/2 dough in hand. Bake 350º for 6 min. Sprinkle chips over crust. Spread caramel mix over chocolate chips. Crumble rest of dough over caramel mix. Bake for 15-18 min. Cool slightly and refrigerate for 30 min to set.
